We are at the peak of our fall foliage color season in Michigan's Keweenaw Peninsula. In Finland they also have a fall color season called Ruska. Ruska originates from the Sami word
ruškat, and is also related to the Finnish word for brown, ruskea. Many people travel north in Finland in September to view the beautiful fall colors. After all of the leaves have fallen we know winter is soon to follow. T
