Recipe Magnet Pullapitko/Nisu

Trends come and go but pullapitko (nisu) is the all time favorite of the Finnish coffee table. It has all the ingredients that were not available back during the war years: sugar, butter, spices. No wonder the smell and taste of pullapitko are so magical. Enjoy it with a glass of cold milk or a cup of steaming hot coffee. Leftover slices make perfect French toast.
